Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the date of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to merchandise availability and circumstances out of our control. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. All orders are shipped with UPS. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you chose to pick up your purchase in store, your items will be ready for you to collect during our regular business hours the same day.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOM FEES, DUTIES, TAXES, HOLDING TIMES OR INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR MISPLACED, LOST OR STOLEN GOODS.

Shipping a Return

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Klozet Clothing Boutique Inc., 210 Ivan rand drive Suite 5,Moncton New Brunswick Canada E1C0V9 (please refer to Return Policy)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
